General information about our courses

Lessons are held in an air-conditioned private studio, with 4 oversized workbenches well equipped with the excellent HNT range of face and tail vices, hence we have a maximum of 4 people per class ensuring everyone gets individual attention and advice.

The 4 to 6-day sessions are from 8 am to 5 pm, during which we supply all tools and materials to practice on and to create your projects.  We also cater for your morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, and you can have overnight loans of books from the studio library.

Our location is the Lie-Nielsen School of Woodworking.  We place an open sign at the front of our residence and the private studio is located at the rear.
