Ohishi Waterstone Small

This 1000/6000 Small is the same as all of our normal stones but only 7" x 2 1/4" x 1 1/2", this will not be a normal stock line, we only ended up with one carton, at this price it is a steal if it suits your purposes.

We recommend using Waterstones for your day-to-day sharpening and these Ohishi Waterstones are the best we've come across. They cut quickly but are dense and hard enough that a spritz of water is all you need to get to work (do not soak these waterstones). 

NB: you can use your old oil stones to sharpen Lie-Nielsen blades, but because of the hardness and thickness of our blades oil stones are extraordinarily slow, this is why we are recommending the Ohishi stones.
