Dovetailed toolbox project ( Course No. 3 )

This 6-day workshop is a continuation of Course No.2 and will be suitable for woodworkers wanting to complete a full project from start to finish and develop a dovetailing process that brings success every time.

This hand-built project is a 700mm x 415 mm x 290mm traveling toolbox that can have a variety of uses.

you will:

• Use a majority of the skills and techniques you have learned in the first two courses, to bring a build to completion.
• learn what steps come first, next, and last, and why.
• Why completing each step at 100% accuracy, is mandatory to achieve a fine furniture build.
• Understand the design of a project, realize how the stress in the joinery will appear, and how to compensate with the correct joint orientation.  
• How to fit hinge hardware. (included), Handle sets (included) Locks available to purchase 
• How to prepare for and progress through a glue-up.
• Dovetails, lots of dovetails....finally.
