Shipping Policy

We ship in Australia and New Zealand only. 

Australia Post has stated that they will leave parcels "where safe to do so" if they are not sure,

- And if you are not at home, the parcel will be taken to a post office, so you must have access to a Post Office.

If you can't meet these requirements, please give us a delivery address where these requirements can be met.

The above applies to both Freight Services and Australia Post shipping services. 

Except for weekends, if stock is available, it is our policy to dispatch goods the next day for all orders.

All orders will have tracking numbers sent to the email address you give to us. N.B. Economy shipping to New Zealand does not have a tracking facility.

At the checkout you will have the choice of Australia Post - Express Postage - Parcel Postage or a "Road & Air Freight" service.

"Airfreight' is overnight but only up to 3 kg. We use road freight for heavy items and will be usually cheaper than Aust Post Express and sometimes Parcel postage.

N.B.  Orders to New Zealand are sent by Australia Post.  We are not shipping to other overseas destinations.
